The Williamsville Farmers Market will officially open its 2019 season on Saturday, May 18th. The Market will continue to run every Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., rain or shine, from May 18 through October 26th at its location in the Amherst Town Hall Lot, 5583 Main St, in Williamsville.
The Williamsville Farmers Market offers a plethora of local-only products including fresh fruits and vegetables; baked goods; fresh roasted coffee; bourbon; hot sauce; tacos; maple products; popcorn; homemade sausage; salmon; natural-fed beef; organic chicken, eggs and shiitake mushrooms; specialty food and artisan goods; herbs and plants; fresh cut flowers and more. In addition, customers and their children can enjoy live music and storytelling every week.
“The Williamsville Farmers Market offers more than just fresh local produce,” said Market organizer, Ellie Grenauer. “Families can take advantage of free children’s events, free samples and they can talk directly to the farmers and artisans, who love to answer questions about their products — it’s an experience for the whole family.”
